Ratings and reviews

If there is a sixth star I would have added. their service is top notch,smooth and reliable. The only challange I have with them is that they don't have USSD code for offline transfer or recharge of airtime and data, which makes it difficult for me to access my account any time I'm out of data. please you guys should include it, I would really love to see it.

I love Palmpay, their transaction is always smooth and fast. But I have 2 issues. 1) I noticed I don't receive notifications anymore since I updated the app about a week ago. 2) I always have issue with subscribing start time pay TV. Sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view. When it first happened last year, I was refunded after 24hrs, it happens 2days ago again and I didn't get any refund and my TV didn't show as well.

Liking Palmpay more. Feels like giving a 5 ⭐ A 5 star! Very easy to use, faster, 99% free transactions, and above all full of cashbacks when you buy airtime, and data bundles and do transfers. Charges incurred in depositing money to the app is refunded. Just know it's a great app. However, like any other business, some times (like once in a week), there are some delays, but if you have ever done a business, challenges are inevitable. I recommend it. It pays to the palm to use Palmpay. 💕
