Once upon a time, it worked! Now, it is the worst travel app in the universe. The rate I recently chose for a luxury was booked at hundreds of dollars more. Fortunately, I had a screen shot of what I had selected. Was Traveluro helpful? Not at all as it proved impossible to reach them by phone or email. My credit card company was happy to take it on. Do NOT use this app.

I'm deleting this app after rating it. I tried to contact Traveluro by phone to adjust me reservation (needed to add another night to my booking). Every time I chose option 2 from the voice-mail menu, after a typical "your call is important to us...a representative will be right with you", the call dropped. Horrible customer service. I'm done with Traveluro. Better to book directly through the hotel.

Giving 4stars because they hide all the low stars, which they earned and deserve. They need to be investigated for fraud! The website changed my dates and I didn't realize until I got to the hotel. Called traveluro up, explained the situation and they said sorry its non refundable. Super upset! But oh well, just won't to business with them again.
