Ratings and reviews

The app hardly works, and it fails to launch. When finally launches, the sound is distorted, so i need to relaunch. When it finally works, it turns off after a few minutes. It's very frustrating because I really like watching KTLA 5 and don't have access via Google (which worked great) like I used to. There isn't any sound via this method, and the app is terrible.

What I like about the app is the almost immediate alert to breaking news and alerts, but it seems like the app was designed by a developer straight out of high school, just horrible..... Why alert me to breaking news, then immediately force me to watch what seems like several minutes of adds?, plus the app is very busy with static adds and just junk...... And the video playback almost never works rights, always lots of buffering, playback issues...... Get your stuff together over there KTLA....

When trying to watch "live", the app ALWAYS opens in mute mode, lags often no matter what platform is used, with wireless or data connection. On mobile devices, to enter full screen mode, you have to full screen in vertical first, then rotate to horizontal. My biggest issue is that the app only plays about 10 minutes and then shuts down. These issues aren't very safe, especially if someone is driving 😒
