App has issus with purchasing of tickets. The err message requests you contact a support number, however they don't provide support for Tri Rail app. They are kind enough to forward you to Tri Rail Customer Support. After 45 minutes on hold gave up. The entire experience is bad

Worked fine on LG Stylo3...on the Stylo4 shows nul for ALL schedule times (and based on the reviews, quite a few other models too) Just tried to re-install almost THREE months later...same "nul" problem...obviously they don't care about the app...so, I just use the website for the schedule...but I agree that this app SHOULD replace tickets/cards, allow checkin/purchases (or just detect via GPS if I allow when/where I board and exit the train)...this app *could* be great, but currently sucks and appears dead / un-maintained / ignored by the developer...

Tried to create an account, every time I try to enter a password, the page resets before I can submit it. I tried to go to the website on my computer to create an account but you can only create an account with the app. using a Google pixel 8 pro
