Nothing but problems. Yesterday I used my debit card to put $15 on my account on this app. It was debited from my bank account right away, but the app still says I only have a balance of $0.05! It seems they stole my money. Where did it go?? I tried to contact Automatic Laundry and they haven't responded, of course. I cant say one good thing about their machines, customer service, or their app. Horrible company!!!

The app works okay, but could be improved. To add additional minutes to the dryer, you need to add it six minutes at a time, and each time it takes about forty five seconds to a minute.If you add six minutes of time, each 6 min. It would be better if you had an option to add all the time at once. Say, pay an extra dollar for twenty four minutes, much easier than doing it over and over again, 6 nin at a time.

The setup process could be a little more intuitive and user friendly. The option to use Bluetooth or NFC should be available. However, I know the machines are bluetooth only? When I moved into my apartment, they gave me a card and it had $2 on it. When I added the card to my app, shouldn't it have picked up the balance and added it to the app? I don't see any way to contact support or a FAQ.
