Laundry Connect Pay from Automatic Laundry is a feature rich app that allows you to operate the washers and dryers in your community or campus laundry room with your smart phone. Easy to set up and add value, start machines, track history, contact us, request service, access laundry tutorials and stain removal guides, live status of your washer or dryer, text or e-mail notifications when your laundry machine is done and more! Makes doing laundry easier and much more convenient than having to get quarters and having to carry around a laundry card – everything is right on your phone! The app also allows us to give you instant refunds. This app only works at communities and schools that have laundry rooms managed by Automatic Laundry with our Laundry Connect Pay system installed. Check your laundry room signage for information and availability of Laundry Connect Pay. Bluetooth is required to be on to recognize and start machines.

The setup process could be a little more intuitive and user friendly. The option to use Bluetooth or NFC should be available. However, I know the machines are bluetooth only? When I moved into my apartment, they gave me a card and it had $2 on it. When I added the card to my app, shouldn't it have picked up the balance and added it to the app? I don't see any way to contact support or a FAQ.

Takes ages to connect to a washer or dryer, if it connects at all. On multiple occasions I have to try several times to connect to a machine. Most recently it has connected to the nearby machine instead of the one I chose, taken my money only to disconnect to a machine and not reconnect, and made me wait ten minutes to connect to a machine. I have a good WiFi connection and decent cell service as well. This is by far the worst laundry app I've been forced to use.

I have a valid card on the account, yet when I click "refill account" it gives a "page not found" error, then says there is no valid card on the account. I re enter my card# -no dice. I go to the website directly & click "Register/Add Value". It brings me to a register only page. Not easy to navigate to main acct page. Then click "Add Value" from there & when it goes through I think "FINALLY". NOPE. Thats just a value code, find a station to connect it to the card.Our machines have no card opt.
