FM Passos Alternative Radio is one of the largest stations in the interior of Minas Gerais.

Its coverage area covers about 100 cities of the south and southwest of Minas Gerais.

The Alternative Radio and Communication of Passos was inaugurated on December 24, 1989, by Vivaldo do Nascimento Piotto.

Since its inauguration, Rádio has been consecrated for its great promotions, diversified programming and the charisma of the announcers, which has always been and still is the key point of the station's success.

In October 2016 the station was managed by the businessman and member of the JM Communication Group Fillipe Barra de Mendonça, further strengthening the credibility of the broadcaster in various spheres of society, being considered one of the most respected communication vehicles in the region.
