Edit: They do have the texting option I just didn't know about it! Changed my review to 5 stars! *************************************** The app is great but I knocked off a star because I want the texting option back. I loved being able to text "BAL" and have all my account balances immediately sent to me. Sometime I don't have great internet connection when I need to check my balances. Other than that, great app.

Great news, we still do offer Text Banking. It did change a bit a few years ago, so you may need to update the phone number you used for text banking, as well as some of the shortcut commands you use. It definitely needs some work. Ive had an an account with them my whole life, but they could have much better app. The app is definitely bare bones and can roughly get the main things I need to get done. There's alot of things that you can't do from the app that you should and rework would be really helpful. I would change my review if there was some improvement

Used to be more user friendly. I figured a lot of things out, but those who aren't as tech savvy may have issues doing transfers from one account to another, paying loans, etc online. It seems to be under maintenance a lot & at times does not work properly. I have been trying to transfer funds from my savings to my overdraft & checking account, but it won't let me. I have done this many times before successfully, this is not the first issue I've had with this. I better not get an overdraft fee.
