Update 10/9/18 Since they have updated the app this year, it is working really well. I can now check my calendar, mosify appointments and schedule new and returning patients. It works well when I don't have wifi. It no longer crashes. Thanks for making the updates guys! 2017 version: Android version of this app stinks. It gives me alerts then crashes when I go to check them. If I cancel an appointment, I have to close the app to get back to my calendar. It's basic function of scheduling is fine. Beyond that, it needs a ton of work.

Buggy and broken (again) It was completely unusable as others have stated. This lasted for about 5 months, then they finally decided to fix it. The fix lasted for 1 week. Now completely unusable again. The problem is the calendar doesn't show any appointments at all, for any date. And if you try to add an appointment, you can't select the time as it's greyed out. Unbelievable.

The software itself is terrible, but the app is not functional. Support is poor. Updates are infrequent and usually make things worse. I have a busy acupuncture practice and can no longer use this product. I am dropping it and looking for something else. One star is too high of a rating...
