the team behind this app is great. They are still in the process of launching the app and it's relatively new, but they are making a lot of effort to make it the best app in Egypt. I hope they succeed. I had an issue with the app, but the customer support team was able to solve it in the same day. They responded quickly and resolved the problem, thank you.

You must enable entering the location manually, sometimes GPS doesn't get the location right. And also what if I want to get a ride for someone else? Please try to enable this option

Closing the app dismisses the trip request UI but doesn't actually cancel the request. I then have to wait for a driver to accept a request just to cancel the trip. This is extremely disruptive to drivers.
