Ratings and reviews

It would be great after each transaction, if the new balance were to be displayed underneath the amount of the transaction. It helps us keep better track of our spending. I prefer to know the new balance after each transaction, like balancing a checkbook. It would also be helpful if there were a chat feature. Sometimes the line is long when waiting on the phone. Usually with chat features, you can get someone more quickly.

I'm happy I can make payments toward loans on this app, VERY easy to navigate. I suggest adding income and, what I believe is called 'outcome', for each month. Not exactly like statements, but someone who knows what they're talking about would understand lol. 4 stars because it's so boring to look at and not that interactive yet, I hope.

This app was ok until the recent updates. Now I have to reset my password every time I go to log in! Not worth the hassle, but its the only way to pay my loan now. The bank wont let me call and pay or even use the website, they've moved everything to the app! They need to fix all the kinks if this is the only way to pay!
