PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! I've used a few different online casinos before and this is the ONLY one that I ever had an issue with. I deposited 30$ with a prepaid visa giftcard. I was unable to play and my account was restricted because they wanted me to upload my giftcard but I couldn't because it was an egiftcard. I explained this to customer service multiple times and they were no help at all. They robbed me and I can't even withdraw it back

They got me in Advertising on YouTube Deposit 10$ get 200$ in casino credits so I signed up and couldnt find the promotion in the app so I assumed just deposit 10$ get 200$ but it never came it reached out to support and they told me I have used a different offer of a 200% deposit match up to 100$ I informed Raymond that was Automatically applied on signup and there was no selection for deposit 10$ get 200$ and thats what was Advertised to me he then closed my ticket

They don't keep track of your progress towards the promotional prizes. Contact support and by the time they get back to you (23/48 hrs) there is nothing they can do because the promotion has already ended. Edit- I've contacted support multiple times. Read my original comment.
