Easy to use app. I've been using it for a year now, and only once things failed, but that was a Utilita thing and not the app. It's very easy to top-up with. The feature I particularly like is the savings aspect. As I top up, I can, if I wish, add an amount to savings, to return to and use to top-up with should I be feeling short of money at some point. I've used it twice now.

Some parts of the app are great, but rarely does the balance on the app match what it says your balance is on your smart meter so you can never tell which one is correct. Also it doesn't show all my top ups on the app, only ones that I do via the app not any that I top up at the shop which is annoying to keep track of how much you use in the month. I do like the offers/rewards each month (not that I ever win, lol).

It's really good not having to leave the house to top up. The savings part of the app is a big help because you can put small amounts away to add up over time to be used when you have a little less money or you need more energy because it's cold outside etc. yeah I'm happy with it. I only didn't put five stars because when you withdrew your savings you can't withdraw for example £7 because I tried it had to be £5 or £10 etc. It would help if that was fixed because even £2 more would help.
