STAY AWAY!! Had a terrible experience with Vacasa while staying at their property. Their service is incredibly inefficient. The rental was not clean, and basic essentials like heat were not functioning. When I reported issues, they refused to fix them promptly, only responding during business hours. Even worse, they declined to refund me or move me to a different property. If you encounter problems at night, you’re stuck until morning, with no options but to leave and lose your money.

It has comfortable beds, pretty clean. The front wall in the living room the wall paper is coming off and down the hallway. The electrical plug ins in the master bedroom the plug ins under the window shoots fire if you try to plug something into to them, and the one by the door the cord just falls out, it wouldn't stay plugged in. Vacasa said the owners are aware and getting ready to do some updating. Nice place other than that.

Terrible app. Always crashes. constantly logs me off (even sometimes when I just leave the app to Google something and reopen it). filters do not work (i.e. filtering by prices does not work 99.99% of the time). overall a much poorer UX compared to other vacation booking apps. On top of that too, I have been unimpressed with Vacasa's selection and service when we have stayed.
