The app hardly ever lets me into my account. It just does the loading symbol, and then kicks me back to the login screen. Very frustrating. Please fix it; because I do like what the app offers, when I can login. I will change my rating once I don't experience all the non-logins.

If I could give this app a ZERO, I would. I have not been able to login once since I've downloaded it. It's quite cute how you have to pay 15 plus dollars to make a payment on the Site or over the phone, and the 5.99 fee option just happens to be on the App that does not work. That's not an accident, I'm sure.

I can't log into my account. I just see the loading symbol. Until they fix that you're better off just going on a web browser to view your account. The app itself needs work but their car insurance is great.
