VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO is the first smart automated control of electric roof windows, blinds and shutters. This smart home solution provides you a healthier indoor climate and more comfort.

ROOF WINDOWS CONTROLLED BY SENSOR TECHNOLOGY
Smart sensors measure the temperature, humidity and air quality to automatically open or close your roofs windows, blinds and shutters. The solution ensures healthier indoor climate while saving energy.

INDOOR CLIMATE CONTROL
You can remotely monitor and control your home’s indoor climate with key indexes for temperature, humidity and air quality, and receive alerts on your Smartphone when automatic regulation is on-going.

REMOTE AND VOICE CONTROL
Whenever you want, wherever you are, you can use the App or voice control to open and close your VELUX INTEGRA roof windows, blinds and shutters.

AN EASY EXIT
Placed at the front door, the wireless departure remote adds a layer of convenience to leaving the house. Pressing the remote activates a preset departure sequence, closing all the smart roof windows throughout your home and activating the secured ventilation mode. The same departure scene exists in the App.

EASY INSTALLATION
This solution comes pre-programmed and ready to operate, autonomously and dynamically. It is compatible with motorised VELUX INTEGRA roof windows including ones that have already been installed. Even a manual roof window can be compatible by adding a retrofit motor.

The solution includes a gateway to ensure the Wi-FI connection, a departure switch and an indoor climate control.
The Indoor Climate Control pack is a starter pack with a gateway, a departure switch and an indoor climate control.
You can also purchase additional departure switch and indoor climate control, in order to extend your installation.

Ratings and reviews

Needs some work. 1) translations in English are unusual for this product vs those from USA or China. I would be happy to submit recommendations. 2) installation concepts are missing, ordered the wrong controller, and took 4 weeks to get the right one. Installation failures aren't covered very well. If remote was paired on another controller, a new one cannot own it-not described. Found a 3rd party YouTube video to factory reset and re-pair controller. 3) no idea how to use/see climate sensor.

The app is extremely reliable, set and forget, which is wonderful! I would like to see the addition of at least three more memory options similar to the existing single memory option. This would allow setting up for each of the 4 seasons where the sun is in different locations, relative to our home anyways, throughout the year.

First, I have a Pixel 3 with Android 10 and I could not get the gateway to connect to the WiFi network. Switched to my wife's iPhone and it worked perfect. I wish devices like this would also include a wired ethernet port. Once I got it setup on the iPhone, I was able to log in on my Pixel and everything works fine. That said, the UI is a little confusing. For example, to open the blind you move the slider to the left, but to open the skylight you move the slider to the right. It's fine, but not great. I simply bought Active system so I could open and close from my phone because the physical remotes are big and ugly; I just didn't want them on display in my house. It accomplishes this, so I'm happy, but the Android app really needs work.

What’s new

We have updated the app with a new design and colour scheme, making navigation easier than ever. On the home screen you will find a navigation bar, information about indoor air quality and also access to quick actions. On the room screen an overview of schedules and automations is added so that you can stay updated on upcoming and ongoing automations.
