I miss the days when, if you paid $4K+ a month for an apartment, you could just ask the staff for help when you need it and pay your rent directly. Now you need to download an app that's mostly an advertising tool to get a light bulb changed, and use a 3rd party rent payment service whose business model is based on collecting and selling your financial data. That's not unusual in the apartment business these days, but it's still pretty gross.

Unusable app. Refuses to load, crashes upon any taps once it gets to any screen. Absolutely junk, only reason why it's used is to access other tenants in the building whom are also forced to use it.
