Ratings and reviews

Latest update removed the ability for me to see my tickets. Email communication about the app update did not indicate that any action was required so I only discovered that when I went to look at tickets. Pop up for connecting to seat geek appears but won't let me click the button to do the connection.

Really poor support for conversion of existing users to new app. No migration of user data?!? It would have been much better to check for a profile in the previous version and guide users through creation of new ones. Also no in-app access to support. This alone would justify no better than 2 stars. I expected much better experience from this organization.

Sending notifications, but then clicking them goes to page that never loads in app. Just got kit release video that is black box work no video or buttons.
