App disconnected from my router for unknown reasons, and I'm not home and can't scan the QR code to set it up again. Vero told me the app is powered by Calix and they have no way for me to connect to my router via the app and basically told me there's nothing they can do, but Calix shows no downtime, so I'm out of luck I guess. Maybe Vero shouldn't brand the app as theirs if they have no control over it and can't help their customers. I've been trying 4 days. Still no app update or resolution.

Vero is fantastic! Everything about the company is great. They just recently went live in my town and I'm absolutely loving it. Before I had T-Mobile and they were good nothing bad to say but they came not to long ago as well. For about 8 to 9 years though I had CenturyLink with a whopping 15 mbps at 70$ a month absolutely garbage, the absolute worst internet company there is, they screw you every way they can. Now with Vero Fiber I have 2.3 gbps now! Thank goodness they came here, great company

this unnecessary interface that prevents ordinary router access via IP address is awful and forcing it on customers should be illegal without some sort of disclaimer.
