Love this vet, but the app is worthless - it's literally a waste of time. Used the app to request an appointment for each of my two cats. App said I'd be contacted within 24 hours with specific times on those dates. Several days later, i realized I never did receive a call, so I went back to the app to see if maybe they were just scheduled and i didn't receive a call. Nothing is showing up under upcoming, requested, nor denied appointments. My requests just vanished.

I've only had amazing experiences with Timberlake Animal Hospital. Aside from Dr. Pearson being awesome the staff is as well. I've had multiple emergencies with my Miniature Pinscher "Jada". I get very hysterical when it comes to my fur baby. In each situation everything has been clearly explained to me. I've always left with whatever medication (If) needed and clear after care instructions. I can without hesitation recommend this office to care for your fur baby. 🐾😍🐾
