Mangers and developers don't seem to care. All I ask is when I give the managers information on who to call to fix their issues they don't call me again to fix something I told them I can't fix.(not allowed to) Also give supervisors the ability to reopen old tickets. You took that away and now we can't open a ticket back up that wasn't supposed to be closed. Also calls apparently get lost in limbo from time to time which makes customers very pissed with us.

Garbage!! Clearly this app was made by people who don't do trade work. The amount of glitches are disgusting from, unauthorized user error, photos disappearing and having re-upload, being on-site to time out and GPS won't let me 10x over, SRs vanishing from main list to no results, and I could go on. The main issue I have is the ability to sort main list. Putting respond immediately instead of an eta is the most annoying. Considering all jobs are based on ETAs and it not showing ETAs is dumb!

Terrible app. Doesn't save filters. Clunky and slow. Constant crashes. If you leave the app for more than 2 minutes to update various other required apps it resets to the call list wasting even more time. Obscene loading times for PCR regardless of cell service/wifi. What an absolute waste of money developing this. Bring back myfsn.
