I would commend that this app has news features. I hate that I can't delete my account in peace if I want to. It is slow to update; the user experience is very poor. People I have blocked are still able to send me a friend request and find my profile. It is a very big risk. The chat features are also very, very slow. It is not exciting to navigate. Kindly review and adjust or put features in categories.

This purpose of this app is quite exciting, and so far, it has been good. However, the developer should take the following things into consideration: 1. The app is very slow. This should be worked on to increase the amount of time people spend on the app. The slow pace of the app can make someone get frustrated and leave. 2. Message notifications from one person's chat should be together and not separately. If someone texts 'hi' and 'how are you doing'? It always appears separate. It's not nice

Tried swapping some Naira to dollars and the money has hung there for over a month, no way to cancel currency swap, customer service isn't replying or should I say non existent. Kedu team should implement a feature that'll allow users to cancel a swap that's taking too long cause it's as good as keeping someone's money as hostage or if possible create a feature where the money will be returned to the owner if the swap doesn't go through by a timeframe maybe two weeks. Overall the app is good.
