Promising features but execution is off the chart!, constantly errors while opening every single menu, this is polar opposite with other bca mobile apps, ancient bca mobile works wayyy more better than this app. Please update and do proper testing before releasing to public use...

Need Improvement, saya menggunakan fitur Pelunasan Dipercepat, setelah klik Lanjutkan Pembayaran, next step nya apa tidak jelas. Need more information about what to do next. Ternyata ada email pemberitahuan yang tidak tahu kapan dikirimnya. You need to connect with SMS or Whatsapp to inform that the bill has been sent, and please proceed the payment. Thanks

Can't cater intercity reservation. Even HaloBCA cannot help. I need to visit the branch in my city to ask on the process. Shouldn't it be in the app or CS? Many things are still very manual. In my case, this app become totally useless.
