Some deliveries are all received in the same place even if it says 7 stops. please make the delivery process less tedious and less time consuming by allowing the user to use only one signature if desired when delivering multiple stops at the same address. customers get irritated by this, same as the driver. it's counterproductive In my opinion. and let us access or download the BOL within the app. very annoying having to wait for a email that sometimes never make to your inbox

The camera does not work well. In the slightest. There's some kind of disconnect with the app and the camera system. Certain angles or lighting makes the app think the picture didn't take. Really odd. The only way I could get it to work properly was to cover my camera lens and take the picture in all black. This is a pretty basic feature to program for. Shouldn't be this difficult to use. IPhone 15 Pro Max. Will try on my other phone, which is an S23.

Frustrating..... the new update just added more steps to complete loads and made it more of a mystery to do so. I dare you to count the steps/clicks it takes to deliver a load using this.... You'll lose count. Also having the OK selection pop up in a tinted box is beyond UN helpful trying to see it using A CELL PHONE!! I think they're trying to much at one time. It does have potential, but currently very beta. This shouldn't take a training course to use,,5/15/23 made even more steps to deliver
