The ghosts are loose in Hamelin! You played the Pied Piper's flute wrong and thereby awakened the ghosts of the Hamelin City Museum. In order to calm the ghosts, you must learn the right sleep tune by solving tricky puzzles and exploring the museum.

In passing, so to speak, you will learn more about the museum, the history of the city and the legendary Pied Piper of Hamelin. You're not alone on your mission: Professor Ratteker is always at your side with tips on how to deal with the ghosts, so you don't need to get scared.

INTERACTIVE MUSEUM TOUR

The app serves as a playful, digital extension for visitors to the Stadtmuseum Hameln. Scanning QR codes at the various stations and exhibits in the museum triggers interactions and entertaining information points with the cute ghosts in the application.

Solving the puzzles and collecting the AR markers guides visitors through the museum in a participatory manner and teaches the history of the museum and the city in a playful way. The focus on the myth of the Pied Piper in Hamelin, the exhibition map and interaction with the ghosts make the app one fun and informative relaxation of the museum visit for young and old.
