merger... this is second time I cannot access my account online... it's getting to a point where I'm ready to switch my banking and go somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

Awful! Once locked out, it doesn't give you any resources to access your account. The security question is terrible. We wrote down our answers and still got locked out. Once locked out, there is no way to get back in!!.

Lately when I try to sign in (over the last month) it will tell me Oops! Something went wrong. Or I get a network error. This is after entering my account #, password and question. I have checked and the app doesn't need update. Super inconvenient when I need to just check my balance quick or make a mobile deposit.
