If a buyer places a purchase order in the store, the merchant needs to handle it in a timely manner. If orders are not processed within 3 working days, the weight of the store will be reduced, which will have a certain impact on the store's reputation points. If the order is not processed within 7 working days, the mall will conduct an operational evaluation of your store, provide support for the store's funding ratio, and conduct corresponding coordination and processing after closure for rectification or based on verification. After the customer confirms the payment, the merchant cannot withdraw cash directly. After the buyer places an order for payment, the buyer's money will flow to the mall platform. After the buyer receives the goods and confirms that there are no problems with the goods, the buyer operates [Confirm Receipt], and the money will be sent from the mall platform to the merchant, who can withdraw cash. After the merchant clicks on the delivery button for a general order (the system status is "Merchant Shipped"), the buyer has 7 working days to confirm whether they have received the goods. Merchants will also receive payment and profit within a week.


6. Any product purchased by a customer is shipped to the customer through the logistics cooperation of the manufacturer. During the distribution period, only the products provided by our company can be used, and no collusion is allowed.
