Ratings and reviews

The game won't either load it will stop half way thru the loading process or it will freeze once it gets the gates or it will freeze once I try to play a level. I have lost out on my free plays and usage of boosts, cause of the issue. I have tried playing with wifi connection and non wifi connection. I have closed and restarted the app to see if that helps and the problem just continues I haven't been able to play for awhile now. Please fix the issue it is a good game to play.

This hidden hotel game is my favorite. The reason for 1 star is because after almost 7 months, I still can't renovate the remaining locked levels because the developers are "working" on new stories. I thought after 7 months something would be done. Unfortunately, it's time to uninstall and give up. I'm going to use up all of my coins and say forget it. I'll find another one that doesn't take so long to continue

Update: issue still not fixed! I absolutely love the game but in the past couple of days after I hit play it goes to the elevator and freezes I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to continue playing I would love to give it five stars hopefully I'll be able to once they fix the issue
