I paid a 3 month subscription and the app worked a month and all of sudden it stopped because they had technical issues. When the issye was resolved they refused to restore my purchase but instead want me to subscribe to a new more expensive plan. Unfortunately I will not let this stand as am contacting authorities as this counts as a scam. Total scam!!! They also own lastlog, whatlog and beware this this will happen to you.

I am considering buying, tried many others and this is the best one I found, just one little thing the total hours number is too big. Update: Of the two numbers one stopped updating and it's been over 4 hours and it's an inactive number. Send email to support and waiting. Update: I did send email got reply to get paying subscription. So I did let's see if this improves service and I'll update here.

During trial period it worked absolutely fine, after paid subscription it hardly worked for 2 days and since then not working at all. I got vague automated reply that we are working on it and it happened because of WhatsApp problem which is absolutely false. I am waiting if my services are restored soon or not..I may change my review later on..
