Cannot get into the app. Really upsetting! Says "A general error has occurred or your secure session has ended". Will not accept my password or fingerprint. Tried resetting password and but that failed as well. Apparently, I cannot be found. UGH!!! Used this app for so long w/o issues but now when I need to log in....I can't.

App rarely works, will often tell you that your password is wrong for no reason. Then it will force you to reset your password because you've entered the "wrong" one in too many times. The thumbprint log in is more reliable than the password Not to mention the issues with the bank itself. For the past few months my account balance has read $300 over what the actual balance was which is extremely confusing when in a rush

For the last week or so, I have not been able to log in. Contacted support and they told me to uninstall and wait an hour before reinstalling. Still not working!!!!! I will change my rating when it gets fixed!!!!
