Ratings and reviews

Half the time i try to login on the app my information is received as incorrect. Website works better than the app. App is more convenient, but only when it actually works. Constantly the app is down for hours after 12AM. To be fair, about half the time the app isn't functioning, neither is the online banking directly on the website. Who ever you have hired to fix bugs and manage the app/online banking needs to be fired.

The app is slow. If I need to make a payment from my debit card from a different bank, I can't just do it on the app, nope, that would be too convenient. Gotta go online to do it, and it's not done from my account, I have to go a different route. What is the point of this app? Honestly, it's not like the website is convenient either. All around, banking suck, app sucks, website sucks. I can't wait to be done with this bank.

Doesn't work 3/4 the time. Am putting in the same ID and password but wont let you log in. Makes you reset your password a million times and can't used previous passwords. Very good bank terrible app that makes people lose their mind.
