Aside from parking pins and writing notes about stops, the "algorithm" and updating of times and routing is pathetic. I'm currently at a stop that says I will arrive at in 3 hours. It doesnt update the route or change anything. If you lose signal you have to completely log out and restart the app. Many many many issues. parking pins and notes are the only good thing about this app for drivers.

They should improve the GPS, it has a delay of almost 100 feet from the location where you should turn or take an exit, it does not give you directions like Waze, which tells you, for example, which lane you should take or keep when you take an exit or make a turn, also sometimes it does not give you the name of the street where you should turn or exit and just tells you unknown, for me it is a headache to use this GPS to drive the truck, sometimes I have to go back to Waze.

Have to use this app for a new job I started. It is terrible straight up. Always bugging out, so many issues multiples times per shift
