UPDATE: the most recent app update seems to have fixed the problems but the service was broken for about 2 months and (despite me calling them), Victor insisted there was no problem on their end. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The smart mouse trap stopped working a month ago and now after this latest app update, the app just always crashes. It's a shame because they had such a great product and completely ruined it.

Does not setup with phone precautions like dropping nominternet wifi, and Norton internet security not trusting connection, locks up app, have to uninstall and reinstall to retry, still can not get setup complete, trap wifi is ok, it is all poorly written app coding apparently. Furthest I can get is getting trap rejecting the app, 10 red flashes.

Like other people are reporting the app constantly alerts to 24 hours offline. So if you have 7 traps, like me, that's 7 notifications a day that the trap is offline, when it's not. Checking in the app shows it's connecting every day. It looks like this started from a new update a month or so ago. It also appears it just needs an extra few minutes. The devices check in every 24-25 hours so after the notification it checks in within the hour. Fix it, I'll fix the star rating.
