Very bad application full of errors especially when saving videos (one time works other times not). Buy another brand because this is frustrating. I am really wondering the Devs aren't ashamed to present that. The save to album option doesn't work always. How difficult is to have a normal accessible folder for all the recordings. And it's on the same lan. Video goes to local but after long press and save to album does nothing.

Why do we only receive notifications when we open the app? Also, why haven't the developers considered implementing a timeline that highlights movements in different colors? Please make sure your developers and project manager see this comment and improve these features. Additionally, please update the app's UI/UX. it looks very outdated. Also, why can't we download the video when connected to the mobile app? It seems we can only download when connected to Wi-Fi and bound with CCTV.

Hi Sri Home, after the Apps updates 24.7.2, I found that the apps are a bit lagging, and each time I open the apps, the cctv is in offline mode view. Previously, as long you don't log out, you still can access the cctv. Now, we need to wait to refresh many times only than can access the cctv. Currently, i try to log out and want to log in, but I failed to log in. Somethi does g not rittheseis new updates. Is the team going to fix this bug? Hopefully, this issue will be fixed. Thanks in advance.
