More times than I'd like, it does not load usage. If I'm lucky and it does, it is not in real time or even updated to what happened yesterday. So far it's about three to four days behind "daily usage tracking". I also do not appreciate being forced to save my payment information via website nor app. I prefer to input my information each time. It's my control and choice to be hacked that way.

I love 4change I have had them for 5 years and I love the rates. The customer service is amazing.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!! Do not use this energy provider. They say they have cheap rates and they do. The have cheap rates because they are you over on charges. If you are late paying your bill they charge you a minimum of 20 dollars a day that the bill goes unpaid. That's not even the beginning. This is so crazy. I'm turning this place in to whoever i can. I'm mad i didn't recognize what they were doing sooner.
