One of the worst apps I have ever used. It is extremely slow. It randomly freezes. It asks questions over and over. It logs me out constantly. I have to clear my cache and browser history all day. Easily adds about 30- 40 minutes to my day. I have to take a picture on another phone and take a pic of that one when the app finally decides to work. I even uninstall and reinstall a few times a day. (Etrack) was waaaaay better. This app is truly annoying.

Not a hard app to use but it's not seamless at all. When confirming items it takes up more time than the delivery. Also the scan feature when the camera automatically pops up, needs to be disabled. But the chat is easy and responses are quick. Update: Confirming items is much better now that the camera didn't pop up for each item, which was my biggest complaint.

Poor app for deliveries. I've used others in the past and those are way more efficient. This app is slow and it has to re-load each time you select something. It will randomly kick you out and you will need to log back in. This is especially bad when it happens while you are with a client. Then you have to explain why you are there waiting for the app to load back. Basically taking up their time. You would think that XPO being this top company would have the ability to make a better app.
