The app is embarrassing. I'm a three-year season ticket member and know how to use apps, and it keeps getting more bugs. I can't even log into the app anymore. It's not reliable for getting into games. They seem to have changed how tickets are accessed, but they keep the old non-functional icons available just to confuse you. Crew, MLS, Ticketmaster? Do better. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and the bugs just get worse.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I cannot access my tickets. there is a flash of "login cancelled" and nothing changes. there is no way to log out and log back in unless you uninstall. this has been going on for weeks. obviously last upgrade had bugs. android phone. get this fixed

Constantly have to uninstall and then install. 3 times this season I have had to go to ticket counter just to enter the stadium for a game. They would send me a link to my phone. Ridiculous app But more Ridiculous is the Crew will not improve the app. They are asking me to renew my season tickets. Better off buying via Ticketmaster for single games. Sell Cucho for 16 million and have an app like this. C'mon Crew. We are better than this.
