To put it as simply as possible, it will not connect with the wallet. It searches but will not find the wallet. I tried with Bluetooth, without, changed setting, in and outside the app, and unistalled and reinstalled it like 10 times and it still did not work. In Def upset cause product was so expensive and I def needed it with how many times I've lost my wallet. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Works perfectly! Only problem I had was I tried to charge the wallet with my own cord. When it seemed to be taking too long, I plugged in it's included cord and it charged quickly. Had it connected within 5 minutes. Makes a loud beeping sound. Very satisfied!

You most definitely shouldn't have to run the app at all times on main screen for it just to work I mean you can't even turn your screen off, or else it'll start beeping plus it gets a lot and I mean a lot of interference, to where the alarm is going off even though it's in your pocket every few minutes especially if you're in town or in a store .it's a awesome concept but they just don't have it right yet. I mean they can do it with cell phones why not these?
