The surveillance cameras have been unreliable. I frequently have to reconnect them to Wi-Fi or manually power them back on, which requires climbing a ladder to the roof and scanning a QR code. This is very inconvenient. I bought them less than six months ago, but I've had to reset or change the network for five of the six cameras many times. Updating firmware is also difficult. One cable came loose, and the cameras are easily moved by birds. I'm unhappy with the product due to these issues.

Functional but buggy. It doesn't stay on live view for long and randomly stops. It needs to be constantly watched to keep live view going. The software also sets an artificial limit for how much my cameras can move. I have to go all the way in the opposite direction and back to get a view beyond the "limit" very annoying. Recording I set to 3 minutes yet recordings only happen for less than 20 seconds and by then I miss a lot. It works, but sets artificial limits and records poorly.

This app sucks. Customer services on phone is useless. Customer service on email don't reply. I paid for the cloud and I barely get clips I have to keep optimizing my wifi which is brand new so there shouldn't be a problem as they save to sd card fine...this app sucks I need the clips asap I have problem neighbors ...Customer service sucks. What a waste.
