Ratings and reviews

Constantly get an error saying cannot connect to server every time I go to create a request. Apps suggests that there's an update available and I've tried multiple times but nothing updates. I've logged out, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app and nothing seems to fix it. I love the idea of this app. Please fix.

app development must be really hard, because this app hardly works!

Continually loops back to asking if you want to update the app, brings you to this page where you're only option is to hit "Open." And the loop continues...
