My experience with Key has been bad. I used the app to book a car for 1 month on 05/03/2024. On the app it accepted my money and my application to hire the car. There was no mention that if you have an iqama they will not accept international drivers license. When I got to the office, they told me that they cannot give me a car because of this. They couldn't refund me immediately (while they took my money immediately). I only got part of my money 10 days later and SAR76.50 short. Not recommended

The slowest responding car renting app I have ever dealt with. And if that is not enough, the app itself is possessed and undoes actions and steps that I did forcing me to restart the process of booking a car. Such a shame really.
