BN Móvil: It is a version of the new application that is being developed by the National Bank of Costa Rica to provide easy and secure access to your preferred banking transactions. We invite you to download it and be one of our evaluating users. Thanks to your observations we can make the necessary improvements to provide an excellent service.

Worst banking app ever. Not only is it buggy and constantly requiring updates, the app isn't intuitive and is extremely limited in functionality. The only good thing I can say about this app is that it lets me pay some bills via auto transfer, but otherwise it's the worst. They really need a UX/HID that didn't design using a 1990's inspiration. Seriously, the worst.

The way that we have to keep updating almost every week is incredible, i dont see any changes on it and my cellphone is running out of space, now i canno get access since i dont have the new version, and when i try to check online the website just says that i have go dowload the app, you should make it easier for the customer and find a way to fix it.

So the app will ask you to update it in order to be able to use it, but the update isn't yet available at the Google Play Store... Horrible planning on application rollout!! Plan it correctly and be considerate of Google Play Store process and the time it takes for it to actually show up at the Play Store! It's incredible this wasn't taken in consideration! It's beyond basic stuff!!!
