The ability to understand end-to-end Linux system status is critical in today’s virtualized and clouded data centers where the hardware platform may include the IBM mainframe as well as Linux and Windows servers. Giving technical support staff access to critical network information from their Android device, whether Smartphone or tablet, improves staff responsiveness and ensures higher Linux availability.
