Unnecessary anoying pin requests, slow, constantly complaining about poor internet conection while all the other apps run properly and are even able to stream fullHD online videos. If this wasn't the only (online) way to buy public transport tickets, I wouldn't even bother with this app.

Cant ever reconnect with my number in a normal way, instead requires you to send an sms to some obscure number if you ever tried to use it in the past. You cant even copy or click on it, has to be written down separately. Feels like one step removed from a hello world application

I think the last update added even more bugs than before. Tapping some tabs (Settings or Help) adds some unnecessary animations which are not occuring when tapping Home or Messages. When any tap opened you have to tap 3 times if you want to go home... If i were you, I would totally rewrite this app. Also add a proper history of purchasses, with active and expired tickets.
