To document construction defects, defects are managed and tracked uniformly using a ticket system using a database.
Users can manage construction projects via the dashboard using the so-called “tickets” assigned to them. Information about the construction defects of the respective construction project can be saved in the tickets in text, image and audio format.
In addition, users have the opportunity to leave comments in the tickets about the respective construction projects. All tickets can be exported in various file formats (PDF and Excel). The converted tickets will be available for export in the previously selected file format for seven (7) days.
