The new SecureGo+ Renault Bank direct app is the central application for authentication and approvals for all digital channels.

Direct approval instead of entering a TAN. With direct approval, payments are confirmed in a snap. Get to your destination in just a few clicks with the familiar design.

SECURELY SECURE:

The security of your investments is important to us, which is why all communication in the app is encrypted. Transaction execution is further secured with your personal authorization password or via Face ID/Touch ID. You can register up to three devices yourself via the device management feature in your online banking area. You can authorize one payment on each active device.

• Download the SecureGo+ Renault Bank direct app.
• Set a personalized authorization password and, if desired, also set up your Face ID/Touch ID.

Ratings and reviews

Update: Tried my American vacation phone (not rooted). Tried scanning the activation code: THIS FUNCTION IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE - When??? Had to wait for letter with activation code. Tried to see my account balance but it is not shown in the app. All I can do is change the account name. What!?!? No other option but this app to get in. **** If you have a rooted phone, only option is to agree to dissolve your account. They even charge half of your yearly interest for that. What a scam! Beware!

Installation easy. Activation a desaster. Took me hours. And a second phone to figure out the problems. Hint: the namings of all those codes are easily confused when working with different languages in the online banking and in the app. Also cannot migrate when another bank is also using the previous SecureGo app and nothing in the documents about this.

The app does what it is supposed to do, I didn't have authentication issues until now. However, it is not very user friedly and crashes whenever I click on the bank account. That is irritating/frustrating.
