Ratings and reviews

Deceptive and dishonest tactics. It conveniently says $7.99 monthly, but there's no option to actually pay for a single month. Not on PC, or even the phone. They first tell you $7.99 monthly then force you to pay for a full year, which is roughly $100 ($95.88 to be precise), unless there's some promotion going on. Why even list "monthly" when you are not going to offer a monthly option. This is just dishonest behavior and it is disgusting.

It's good but too expensive. Premium plan costs £88 per year or £235 for lifetime license. Ultimate plan costs £165 per year or £300 for lifetime license. keep it mind it'll not just delete your old messages but turn them into an ad that says it was "anonymized using Redact". So you're actually paying to let them use your past as an advertising platform. no thanks.

Contacted to delete my account, they claimed it was deleted twice but it was not, and then they stopped responding. Now they're claiming they have no record of my email tied to any account despite me sending a screenshot proving its existence. They expect you to just take their word that the account is deleted with no proof. And to make matters worse, the app doesn't even work.
