Ratings and reviews

The worst APP, and company of its kind in the world, PLUS, drivers never wearing coronavirus and its variants' MASKS. Some wear cheap 1 layer facemasks, but many lazy drivers do not cover their noses, purposely. This a state regulated hackney industry for public transport. Thirdly, the in-taxi credit card reader without notice via the APP never works, and driver gets testy w/ unaware customer if customer doesn't choose to use or have enough cash; and needs a computer printed transaction receipt!

Sometimes they come. Sometimes they don't. Sometimes they're on time, sometimes they're not. Sometimes the app works, sometimes it doesn't. They're great when there's no issues just not dependable. Good luck

Hard to know if app works 3 consecutive days i scheduled a taxi and they no showed, they didn't answer their phone either. Granted it was 4am but it says 24 hour service. Only game in town except Uber which is how I got to work.
