I wrote al-bank support and my bank advisor and nobody can help me. Where can I report design issue? I do use al-bank app for many years (at least 6) and I do like it, but after some major change in the app I am having issue: incoming number has black color. In the past it was green color. Can you provide option in the settings so I can switch it to have it green again? I made many mistakes because of it. It confuses me. Everything looks red to me because black color kinda fades in.

After last update, the app now says my phone is rooted, and won't start. My phone is not rooted. Called support who acknowledged this was a known issue for most Android phones, but they didn't have any idea when they'd fix it. She wouldn't even say that it would be within a month. Will probably switch bank due to this issue.

Was fine enough, but now completely broken after the update to use MitID, apparently because it only works when Chrome is the default browser. I use Firefox, and it fails every time -- workaround is to set Chrome as default. Devs: Please fix this urgently. If you really need to run the auth cycle via Chrome (but why?!), find a way to specify Chrome for that. I shouldn't have to stop using a standard feature in Android (different default browser) just to use this app and manage my banking.
