About this app

Our app makes your trip both easier and more fun! Here we have collected everything you need before and during your holiday – it is in the app that you can most easily upgrade and customize your trip. This is where you check in for your flight and find all the information you need. Of course, you can also find, book and pay for your trip directly in the app.

BOOK YOUR TRIP
In our app you have access to all the trips in the world of Spies - from sunny beaches and vibrant cities to unique destinations that you can discover for the first time. In the app you will find current offers and plenty of inspiration to dream away and plan your next adventure. Once you have found your trip, you can easily book and pay directly in the app – quickly, securely and smoothly.

BEFORE YOUR TRIP
Once the trip is booked, perhaps the most fun begins! In the app we count down to your holiday with you and make sure you have everything you need before the trip. You log in with the same email address and password as on spies.dk, and you can also share the trip with your travel company, so you can enjoy the upcoming vacation together. In the app, you also have the opportunity to upgrade your trip – perhaps with a little more luxurious flight food, really good seats on the plane or a welcome package waiting in your hotel room when you arrive.

ON THE TRAVEL
Our app is also the ultimate companion during your trip. If you travel with our own airline Sunclass Airlines, you check in for the flight directly in the app, where you will also find all your boarding passes. The app also gives you information about flights and transfers, and you can also find the address and contact information for the hotel and Spies at the destination, so you always have them available.

AT THE HOTEL
If you are staying at one of our own hotels – Sunwing, Sunprime or Ocean Beach Club, the app is extra good! Here you will find all the activities at the hotel and can easily book a place for group training. Are the kids longing for Lollo & Bernie, or do the teenagers need a little break from the family? You can find these activities in a clear calendar in the app and book a place directly. In the app you can also order takeaway, book a spa and get an overview of all the facilities in the hotel area.

ON YOUR WAY HOME
When it's time to travel home again, we'll keep you updated on which transfer bus you'll be taking and when you'll be picked up at the hotel. Maybe now is the time to book your next trip? Of course, the easiest way to do that is in the app!

Version 6.0.2 – Nyheder og forbedringer
Vi har forbedret billedkvaliteten på hoteller og rejsemål, tilføjet tydeligere knapper, visuel vejledning ved check-in og forbedret scroll. Vi har rettet problemer med logout, fejlmeddelelser, notifikationer, sædevalg og visning af bookinger. Appen er nu hurtigere, mere stabil og nemmere at bruge. Bookingflow, beskeder, fejlsøgning og brugergrænseflade er forbedret for en mere tryg og pålidelig oplevelse.
