I have spent 3 month to setp a simple account. Beside they have asked me to change my personal details over email. Even though I was right or wrong they shouldn't asked me that question (was about to send and receive money from the US. The app overall deserves 1 star as it's not native and forces you to use their keyboard. What a nightmare. It could be much simpler that that. Have a look at Paysera.

My personal experience after few months on the app: - registration and ID pics are broken & buggy and can't be sent on some specific phones for NO REASON (in my case: Google Pixel 3 and 7) which means you can't finish the process unless you change your phone! - the app interface is sluggish and VERY annoying, too many buttons for the same functions. - you need to write your password again EVERYTIME you close the app and open it again Using the annoying Banxy Keyboard! And a lot, lot more!...

The worst bank experience I ever had and I don't recommend it to anyone. The application itself is OK, but their customer service is catastrophic. They have serious problems in handling clients complaints, and some agents are not professional at all (I got call cuf off twice!). Their processes also are extremely slow. I'm trying to close an accounts since 4 months and till now still in progress! Last advice, it's not about technology only, train your agents before pushing them face to customers.
